To proceed to the full reset of the application, follow step by step these point:

  • Close the application (or restart your device – recommended 🙂
  • Check that it is closed by the slide from the bottom to the top of the screen of the application, after pressing twice on the home (not to be in the background).
  • Go to “Settings” on the device (gray icon with the gears)
  • Search scrolling down the application “IPTV”
  • Select “Reset application” (check should turn green)
  • Open application

At this point you should not have playlists and you should not have any active in-app purchase (your buying).

Right after:

  • Buy again your in-app (more info);
  • Reload your channel lists.
